The internal load balancer frontend (and thus IP) was not created by the CLI commands. I had to add it manually. In the optionnal step of Task5, I'd rather stop an instance instead of deleting it. Deleting an instance stalls the load balancer while the instance group is updated. The load balancer health then shows 1/1. With a stopped instance, we have something more relatable with the health showing 1/2.
