the following steps failed with error message "Deployment failed ERROR: (gcloud.run.deploy) You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project. the lab has a glitch in setup step. The default scaling is set to 100 instances and the deploy command doesnt execute successfully. It required a bit of debugging and understanding of services to update the max instance and deploy. It would be great to include troubleshooting steps/alternate flow to fix issues.

For anyone doing "Using Ruby on Rails with Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL on Cloud Run", you will most likely not be able to complete the task "Deploying the app to cloud run". To fix this, go into myrubyapp > EDIT & DEPLOY NEW REVISION > Scroll all the way down, and set your maximum number of instances from 100 to 4.
