Infinite loop "There seems to be a problem with your network connectio...". Tried 4 or 5 times times didn't work and the one time it worked (with --timeout=2000s) it ended up giving "FAILURE".

If you are having trouble with the build, try creating a new credentials file but delete all the lines except for these three: `secret_key_base: <GENERATED_VALUE>`, `gcp: `, and `db_password: <PASSWORD>`. You might need to delete the `rails_secret` file and re-create it with the updated credentials. There's also a step missing where you need to enable the Cloud Run API.

In the step "Store secret values in Secret Manager" the like of code "secret_key_base: GENERATED_VALUE" and the space in front should be deleted. It does not let you successfully complete the lab. Took three tries and help from customer service.
