way SLO , SLI and SLA are described in the most confusing way. plus i didnt like few statements where it said "you wouldnt be here listening to this video" Defining SLO 03:40 It's not enough to just declare that your services must be more reliable. 03:44 If that worked, you wouldn't be here listening to us.
