I did all the progress and still wasnt able to success in step 4. I became an error "Please create the desired app engine latency alert." but I have created the metric, the alert, launched the App Engine with the delay, generated an alert, received an eMail, And even commented it and acknowledged the error. I don't understand what is going on.
