There is some issue in lab as i successfully created the alert as well as got the notification on email. Then on incident, i entered the comment and acknowledge it as well but on validation, it is giving error that alert is not created?.

shell editor never started...

Lab did not work. Failed to edit main.py. Keep connecting to the cloud editor. The editor does not work. The lab setup has issue.
