This is the second lab I have had the same issues in which I have followed the steps just like the instructions, and it is still telling me I am not passing the checkpoint! This is very inconvenient if this is supposed to help us study for our exam! please guide me to how I can pass this lab!

Perhaps it's just me but look at the alert details, I found nowhere to enter comments. Despite triggering the alert a couple of times and acknowledging both, I could not get the step to successfully complete. Maybe a screenshot would be helpful.
