app.yaml file was created, it wouldn't recognize it. Latency issue described in comment section kept happening. Also, last lesson threatened to block me when I attempted to verify complete objective, despite comments section stating multiple attempts finally produced green light. I fully completed the 2 hour course and nothing. Monitoring education course block needs to be re-evaluated.
