Looks like Need to change requirements.txt, hence its throwing ImportError: cannot import name 'url_quote' from 'werkzeug.urls' (/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/werkzeug/urls.py) error I have added below line in the requirements.txt Werkzeug==2.2.2
