Alerting in Google Cloud Reviews

This lab and the one before produced the error 'An error occurred requesting data. One or more resources could not be found` when trying to view metrics. I'm not going to attempt to work around it because last time I did that my session was terminated and my account was threatened with suspension for deviating from the steps.

Alerts never fired even when the metrics clearly violated the conditions, and showed so in the alert policy window and metrics explorer.
