While using the editor sometimes the editor times out and you have to reconnect back to it. In the process, you have to reconnect the project while running shell commands. Also, making it more clear how to create files in the editor will help because people can easily put the file in the wrong location, and the 'app.yaml' won't deploy. Some of the features have updated also, so some of the instructions aren't as clear.
