below command did not work curl -sSO https://dl.google.com/cloudagents/install-logging-agent.sh I searched and found https://cloud.google.com/logging/docs/agent/logging/installation and got it working with below commands curl -sSO https://dl.google.com/cloudagents/add-logging-agent-repo.sh sudo bash add-logging-agent-repo.sh --also-install
