- In step2.3 you ask to check "API Cloud Surveillance" ? it doesn't exist, did you mean "Cloud Monitoring API" ? - In step 5.6 there is not drop down list with "Compute Engine default service account" inside. So the step 5 is near to useless. - In step 5 ("part 2" Monitoring) 6. The instructions are unclear. What I understand is that you should type "VM instance" in search bar and select "CPU usage (gce_instance).
