Google Cloud Fundamentals: Getting Started with Deployment Manager and Cloud Monitoring Reviews

debian image name is wrong, needed to update datestamp at the end. also, stackdriver logging agent (google-fluentd) would not start ~ updated service account on the VM to fix this also note that updating the startup-script after deployment, won't execute those commands on the server it would be nice for things to work as desired
