Why is the Kubeflow Pipelines instance created if it's not used?! The ML jobs are launched directly to ML Engine from the Notebook!!!

Too long with limited time, should be cut up so that you can save your progress. Some stuff was unclear, for example that you must remove the trailing slash from the artifact store.
