Notebook Not working , goes infinite loop, even though job was finished. Repo was cloned, check status not working

Got stuck on verifying that git repo was cloned. Did succesfully clone, but wasnt able to get lab to detect this. On second attempt, lab failed to verify "submit an ai platform hyperparameter tuning job" (despite successful in console). Succeeded to verify after running the job for the second time. Very fragile experience

The exercise is broken. It cannot find the cloned repo "mlops-on-gcp". Moreover, training docker needs pandas>=0.25.3, not 0.24.2
