Lab KO as previous one because of error during GKE cluster creation. Seems like GCE started to be instanced but stopped/died in the middle

Notebook stuck 'connecting' Could not get anything to work.

The lab seems broken. doesn't look like anything i run in the jupyter notebook actually executes. I made all the changes to the todo sections, but wasn't able to get anything to actually run. I opened a new notebook and just added `print("foo")` - this didn't seem to run either. I spend pretty much the entire time of the lab debugging after I made the changes to the todo sections.
