Waited well over an hour for install.sh to run. The lab finished before the script did. It looks like the code for the lab is written for TF 2.3 but the current notebook machine comes with TF 2.4 and we therefore have to wait for multiple versions of many large dependencies to download whilst pip works out which versions are compatible with one another. Ultimately, I don't think it could. I think the github repo (install.sh at the very least) needs to be updated to match the TF version provided on the notebook machine!
