TFX Standard Components Walkthrough Reviews

This was an absolute waste of 2 hours. I was able to create a Kubeflow cluster and an Instance of AI Platform notebook. But the `install.sh` script just didn't finish. The PyPi kept backtracking on several dependencies to find the right version. These are some of the dependencies that Pip was trying to backtrack on, - tensorflow-1.15.2 - prompt_toolkit-2.0.1 - scipy-1.4.1 - pexpect
