Fix your labs already! There is no tf 2.3 notebook available from vertex gui, hence there are dependecy issues. I've wasted an hour trying differrent lib versions combinations. What am I paying for?

TensorFlow Enterprise 2.3 (with LTS) is not provided. So, I selected 2.6. Depite I follow the instruction on the notebook. I can't install TFDV. I can't understand when I use the cluster instance created on Task 3.
