Lab points to an earlier version, which is deprecated on the platform. When I tried to upload the cluster to perform the tasks, the disk quota exceeded, and I couldn't proceed.

I had no ability to complete this lab starting with `Task 2. Create an instance of AI Platform Pipelines` - the AI Platform was not an option in the sidebar nor was there anywhere i could find to create a pipeline instance
