I believe task 2 is broken. After the creation of the GKE cluster, kubeflow gets successfully deployed as a GKE application but doesn't show up under the 'pipelines' section of the 'AI Platform' UI, so the check never passes.

Unable to deploy GKE cluster via kubeflow. Instance template gets created but then fails to privision vms with error 'ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED'

GKE cluster was taking 20 minutes to deploy before I cancelled it. Also, the service is phased out in 2 days, might be good to update the lab.
