cluster creation sometimes don't work, there is a misalignments about tf versions , 2.11 in instructions and 2.3 in lab

Absolute crap.. Whatever versions you mentioned in notebook environment do not exists .. menus are also changed. No way i could find notebook from AI platform.. Tried several times , but clusters are not getting intiated
