Trying to restart as kubernetes cluster was not able to allocate VMs due to quota issues in the region. I've tried this twice now. Second time I was successfully able to complete the lab tests (starting and updating the notebook) but still fail to pass the kubeflow checkpoint: Create an instance of AI Platform Pipelines Not sure what to test as it doesn't give a more specific error message.
