very very bad lab, everything is wrong in this lab, this path is useless

Need to start the notebook vm and kubeflow pipeline GKE in zone `us-central1-a` to pass the lab checks. 3 GKE worker nodes are necessary for kf pipeline run. Zone `us-central1-a` is constantly lacking resources, at some point one of my GKE worker nodes disappear and the kubeflow pipeline run can not run further.

Can't create notebook vm and GKE at zone `us-central1-a`, the Task5 part 2 and part 3 doesn't pass even when I create vm and GKE at zone `us-central1-c`. The tfx pipeline is deployed and run is executed. But the lab progress checks only on notebook vm zone `us-central1-a`.
