After some attempts it seens that there's a problem with this lab: Waiting for operation on Instance [tfx-on-googlecloud] to be created with [projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-2f2155e1c2c6/locations/us-central1-a/operations/operation-1697124062547-607867ce34fb8-b436d942-1dd6313c ]...failed. ERROR: (gcloud.notebooks.instances.create) The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-2f2155e1c2c6/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Unable to deploy pipeline image to AI Platform Pipelines due to RuntimeError. Notebook with the solution throws the same error. Therefore, unable to complete the lab without a lot of extra debugging effort.
