I had to create the cluster myself. Cluster creation fails because lab scripts tries to use an unsupported Kubernetes version ~1.18. Extracted from Cloud Logging: "... Failed: Create cluster Error message Invalid argument (HTTP 400) Request Cluster Initial cluster version 1.18.17 Version not available ..." Pipeline run takes 1 hour, no chance to rectify in case of failure. cluster-1 is not available and had to create 1 plus incompatibility issues in the package import that causes CsvExampleGen to fail
