If the lab requires a github account and Cloud Build Github app pay as you go plan, at least provision a test account for this purpose.

Have to change cloud region i.e. deviate from given cloud region to proceed. tried autopiolot cluster(creating a cluster via kubernetes engine page but does not work - yet not integrated with kubeflow it seems.
