It's very vague in it's instructions especially around the github part at the end. I was able to do it, but can be an absolute pain as it took me 3 attempts re doing it. Simple things like having the notebook just show you the values like GCP_REGION, ARTIFACT_STORE_URI, CUSTOM_SERVICE_ACCOUNT, ENDPOINT So you can input them are missing when you're going to put them into be triggered on release are missing, just a pain to use. Also, this is likely a gcp issue but it takes a really long time to tell you when the build is triggered and had to wait 10 minutes before it appeared.
