The cluster creation step has errors and get stuck at 64% and then end up with an error. It suggested to use another zone and I tried but still the same. Will try again tomorrow.

The instructions for this lab are out-of-date. AI Pipelines has been replaced with Vertex AI Pipelines. There is no "Create Instance" option anymore. I can "Create Run" but there is no possible option set that is compatible with this lab. Please fix this.
