I could not create the Cloud Build Pipeline, since after following the steps I kept encountering a build error. It looked like this: BUILD FAILURE: Build step failure: build step 10 "gcr.io/cloud-builders/gcloud" failed: step exited with non-zero status: 1 ERROR: (gcloud.builds.submit) build e8c52f6c-ca36-46f5-9bb4-386274e36351 completed with status "FAILURE"
