Below command is not correct python3 -m pip install -q --upgrade pip setuptools whee it will be python3 -m pip install -q --upgrade pip setuptools wheel Also faced the import apache beam module - resolved it by pip install it.

us-central-1 was not able to run worker, so I switched to us-west-1 region
