This lab is outdated. It asks to use Theia IDE for the Vertex AI Notebook. I couldn't find Theia IDE anywhere in the setup and I could not even use other environments because of the checkpoint. Please revise this lab.

Cannot complete this lab, the IDE Theia is not available. The job keeps failing to run,cannot serialize the schema.json
