the python version is 3.9.2 in the environment, but dataflow only support 3.8

Python on Cloud Shell didn't match capabilities of Apache Beam. I had to alter code to make it work.

This lab does not work with Python 3.9 installed in the Qwiklabs environment. I get a warning from Apache Beam that it is not tested with 3.9, then errors in the installed packages. Both my pipeline solution and the Google-provided solution do not work at this time. I will try the Java version instead.

lab was fine, the python issue as caused me to spend many extra hours on these labs and cannot finish one lab due to the quota limits after many retries to resolve the python version issues.

Python 3.9 is not working for this task, I had to install 3.8 to be able to run it. Please include a script to do this and change the lab instructions.
