Enable Notebooks API. -->At the top of the page click New Notebook, and select Smart Analytics Framework > Apache Beam > Without GPUs

Not seeing "analytics framework" after "click New Notebook". The only options in the drop down are: Customize, Python 3, TensorFlow Enterprise, and Pytorch 1:12.

First step is outdated, there isn't a apache beam environment option in vertex anymore. But great content.
