Task 5 - Dataflow streaming pipeline would fail even if we use the solution. This series of Java dataflow labs just do not work, and we cant seem to clear them!

The initial executing of the pipeline lead to an error message indicating that the worker in the region (us-central1-f in my case) was not able to be spun up, and only after when I re-ran the pipeline did the issue resolve it. Nothing else was changed.
