steps are not clear. the steps to create staging and temp location are not mentioned with the instructions. Please add the steps accordingly

Apologies for my inaccurate feedback I provided last time. This time I ran the pipeline per the instructions and everything worked flawlessly. And I did not even change the switch from 'tempLocation' to 'temp_location'. I guess camel case is acceptable then. I guess I might have had errors in my previous attempts. Or I might have missed a step. Thanks a lot.
