This is the 2nd time I try a course related to DataFlow. Google cannot provision DataFlow since "zone is exhausted". Not sure what's wrong with it.

No resources to run a lab. Startup of the worker pool in us-west1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. This is likely a quota issue or a Compute Engine stockout.

IDE - URL is not opening i am fed off with this. All my IDE-Labs are still pending and remaing got completed.
