Got errors when trying to update tensorflow: ERROR: tensorflow-io 0.8.1 has requirement tensorflow<1.16.0,>=1.15.0, but you'll have tensorflow 2.1.0 which is incompatible.

I have a small comment on that lab, it's concerning the cell "pip install --upgrade tensorflow", when I run it, it upgrades to tf2.1, and I encountered many errors in my lab, and this made my learning task more difficult, it would be better if u remove it, and just leave the tf version as it is.
