There is no TF 1.15 user-managed notebook and therefore !pip install tf=1.15 didn't work.

TensorFlow Enterprise 1.15 (with LTS) is not an option any more. I could never pull data from BigQuery and therefore I couldn't execute the exercise. It could help having the txt files needed already created to avoid these issues, thank you

There are no TensorFlow 1.x versions available. I used TensorFlow 2.6 to accomplish this lab. Also, one must use the latest version of the package "google-cloud-bigquery" to execute all the notebook cells successfully.
