Lab probably outdated. Lab expected TensorFlow 1.2, but it was not available, there were problems with the libraries.

Looks like there are incompatibilities. Couldn't install tf 1.15 which I think causes: AttributeError: module 'tensorflow' has no attribute 'decode_csv'
