The lab wants us to use tensorflow 1.15, but the notebook environment comes with Python 3.9 and apparently tf.1.15 needs Python (3.5 , 3.8) to be installed, so we are stuck working with tesorflow 2 and have to work around compatibility issues

Como on!!! You forgot the recomendation part!! Te notebook only gets to dividing the data in test and training set. If forgets to use tensorflow.
