Need to use TF 2.6 when creating notebook. Also need to add --user flag to install all packages. Lab still doesn't completely work even after making these adjustments.

ImportError: cannot import name 'dense_features' from 'tensorflow.python.feature_column' (/opt/conda/lib/python3.7/site-packages/tensorflow/python/feature_column/__init__.py) Lab broken. Tried reinstalling tf, upgrading to most recent versions of both tf and tf-hub to no avail.

Nice lab, but low level libraries are used in thit case. Shouldn't we've used Keras instead?
