I was unable to open AI Platform > Notebooks. With chat support I was able to get it open by opening it in a separate tab. Apparently you are having trouble with AI Notebooks as other GCloud functions worked fine within the same tab. Unfortunately, it took over 30 min to resolve and now I don't have time to complete the lab today. I'll try again tomorrow.
