Serving ML Predictions in Batch and Real Time Reviews

This lab is not working correctly. I ran out of time because of trying to find a region with enough resources to create my notebook, and then the correct java JDK was not installed in the cloud shell environment, so I received build failures which I could not resolve. I will have to do this one again.
