i used the solution and it predicted that taxi driver will pay me 11 dollars after all :) i think its difficult to perform like in solution :)

Lab is not updated to current GCP Vertex AI workbench setup. Some of the code like `tf.estimator.ModeKeys.EVAL` seems to be compatible with tensorflow v1 and not the available 2.17 and 2.16 in Vertex. Lab Workbench progress cannot be checked because of this I believe and could not move forward since I don't wanna be solving compatibility issues in a Lab that I'm paying for.
