Interesting, but I couldn't make it work. The combination of packages is no longer available and trying to use the versions recommended from the tensorflow transform site also did not work.

ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow==2.3.0 then import tf.transform fails with: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'future' ALSO: There is no TF2.3LTS Option in VertexAI workbench (TF2.6 LTS cause above errors)
