The notebook is outdated. There is no TF 2.3 in Vertex AI anymore.

I could not run the main query because it could not find tf.contrib. I understand that tensorflow changed to tf.slim so perhaps this was the problem. Also, I could not install tensorflow 2.3.0 because it said that it was unavailable, I just installed the most recent version of tensorflow.

During the "import tensorflow_transform as tft" instruction I got the error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'future'" and was not able to complete the lab.

The version of tensorflow specified in the Jupyter notebook is no longer available. I tried changing to the next version up (2.11.0), with matching tf.transform (1.12.0) and apache beam (2.41.0) versions, but got a "permission denied error". I will check the forums for a resolution, but I won't be able to finish this in time now.
