There are version incompatibility ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. google-cloud-storage 2.5.0 requires google-cloud-core<3.0dev,>=2.3.0, but you have google-cloud-core 1.7.3 which is incompatible.

The final part doesn't seem to make any sense. We set up the TFT transformation function and use it to transform the training and evaluation data, build a model, but then at the end we score a JSON record without applying the transformations. Needs more explanation
