A lot of details are hidden, also TODOs are not in the correct places and describing not really what needed to be done (in TODO 4 we need to read raw data, we don't need to "Analyze and transform our training data using beam_impl.AnalyzeAndTransformDataset()" because this part is already implemented). A lot of time was wasted on finging out how to start the first few cells (reading bigquery data): setting up the correct version google-api-core==1.33.2 which helped.

Needed to add cell to "%pip install google-api-core==1.33.2 " otherwise bigquery query fails.
